At COVERLINK, we offer an ideal solution for all types of roofs, including those made with fiber cement panels, as our material allows for effective encapsulation, elimininating the need to replace them with existing materials and thus avoiding significant cost increases. Our system consists of encapsulating the surface by applying a 2kg/m² layer of sprayed cork, which completely covers the material, preventing deterioration, erosion, and exposure to risks associated with asbestos.

This method is positioned as a faster, more environmentally friendly, and more economical alternative to removing and replacing the affected material.

Thermal Performance of Roofs: In tests conducted on metal roofs:

Without sprayed cork covering: The interior roof surface temperature reahced 54.8 °C.
With sprayed cork covefing: Tje interior surface temperature was reduced to 40.6°C.

This represents a thermal reduction of 14,2°C, equivalent to 26% less heat on the roof surface, improving thermal confort in interior spaces.
